| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We are a UK company and all prices are charged in Sterling. Payments from overseas customers can be accepted only by Credit Card.We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. |
| Shipping And Handling Standard Delivery goods are despatched within two working days by First Class Royal Mail or DHL 2/3 Day Courier. Express Delivery goods are despatched within one working day by DHL Express. Please note Saturday is not a working day. Express orders placed after 3pm Mon-Thurs and after 11:30am on Friday will be despatched the following working day. If there is a delay we shall inform you by Email or telephone. All orders over £40 are delivered free with Standard delivery and orders over £100 are delivered free with Express delivery if requested. See www.somethingforthewickend.co.uk for full list of delivery options. Items under 1.25kg may be sent via Royal Mail. Please note that 24 hour delivery is not available for Northern Ireland, Any offshore Island around the UK, including the Isle of Wight and in the north of Scotland Postcode areas KW, IV, PH (except PH1 – PH3), PA (except PA1 – PA19), and AB. Customers in these areas will receive their goods via Royal Mail and may have a day or two delay in remote areas.Orders outside the UK & Ireland will be charged postage by weight. A nominal charge has been set, and an adjustment will be made when the cost is known. Either a refund will be given or extra funds required. Delivery outside the UK will be the exact cost of carriage. Customers outside the EU will not have to pay VAT, but customers should be aware of, and are responsible for any tax or import duties levied by their country's government. |
| Delivery Schedule 95% of orders are despatched within 1 business day (Mon - Fri) unless otherwise stated. If for any reason your goods will not be despatched within 2 days for Standard Delivery and 1 day for Express Delivery orders you will be Emailed with a despatch date. |

| Credit Card Security Credit card orders are taken for us by Worldpay, using the most secure systems available. Your card details will not be held on any web server, and your card number will not even be known by us when ordering online. . If there are any problems with your invoice please email us. We will always resolve any problems. Please contact us not your credit card company if there is a problem with your order. If a chargeback is subsequently claimed without firstly contacting us then the invoice becomes due, plus a £10 administration charge. |
| Guarantee If you are not happy with any product purchased from us, simply retiurn it for a full refund, enclosing a note stating the reason for it's return.
